Overview
Renovation plumbing has one unforgiving rule: everything must be right before the tiler covers it. A joint that weeps or a pipe run set at the wrong point is cheap to fix while it is exposed and expensive to fix once it is buried under new tiles and cabinetry.
We carry out full renovation plumbing — new and relocated supply and discharge runs, sink and toilet relocation, water heater and sanitary installation — sequenced and pressure-tested before the tiling and carpentry go in.
What we cover
Fresh supply and discharge runs, relocating sinks, toilets, and floor traps to suit the new layout.
WCs, basins, mixers, showers, bidet sprays, and floor traps installed and sealed after tiling.
Instant and storage water heaters with the associated isolator and pipework, positioned and tested.
Pressure testing of new runs and coordination with tiling and carpentry so nothing is buried untested.
How it works
We set out supply and discharge points for the new layout, checking gradients and heights before any pipe is run.
New runs are installed and relocated while walls and floors are open, then pressure-tested before covering.
Pipework is signed off and tested so the tiling and waterproofing can proceed over sound, leak-free runs.
Sanitary ware, taps, and heaters are installed after tiling, then flow and drainage are tested and sealed.

Yes, within the limits of the drainage gradient and the discharge point. We check what the fall allows before committing to a new position, since a toilet in particular needs adequate slope to discharge properly.
Because once the tiler covers the pipework, any leak means breaking the finished floor or wall to reach it. Pressure-testing new runs while they are exposed is far cheaper than a repair after tiling and waterproofing.
Yes — both instant and storage heaters, including the isolator and pipework. We position them for safe access and test them along with the rest of the installation.
