Overview
A landed home combines the indoor renovation trades of a condo with a second set of works most contractors never touch — the compound, the porch, the fence, and the gate. Split that between separate teams and the schedule, finishes, and blame all fragment.
D&K renovates terrace houses, semi-detached houses, and bungalows as one programme. Indoor works — hacking, tiling, waterproofing, painting, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing — are sequenced together with outdoor works such as gates, fencing, metal works, car porches, and perimeter finishes.

Indoor and outdoor works for semi-detached homes, coordinated across the full house including the compound and porch.
Complete bungalow renovations — interior fit-out, wet areas, outdoor living spaces, and the surrounding compound.
Removal of walls, floor and wall finishes, built-ins, and fixtures — carried out safely and cleared for the next trade.

Interior and exterior painting for the full house — proper prep, sealing, and durable, weather-resistant finishes.

Rewiring, lighting, power points, and full plumbing — pipe runs, sanitary ware, and water heaters tested before covering.
Membrane waterproofing for roofs, terraces, bathrooms, and wet areas so water does not find its way into the finishes.
Custom gates, fencing, railings, awnings, and metal structures — supplied, fabricated, and installed to match the house.
Car porch flooring and shelter, outdoor tiles, garden and perimeter paving, and external fixtures built to last outdoors.
How it works
We walk the house and compound, discuss the indoor and outdoor scope, and flag structural or approval requirements early.
An itemised scope covering indoor trades and outdoor works — gates, fencing, metal works, and car porch included — so nothing is assumed.
Indoor and outdoor trades are sequenced together — structure first, then services, finishes, and the compound last.
One supervisor across the whole house, progress updates, a joint defects walkthrough, and rectification before handover.

Yes. We sequence the indoor works — hacking, tiling, painting, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing — together with outdoor works such as gates, fencing, metal works, car porch flooring, and compound paving, so the whole property is finished as one programme.
Most indoor renovation works on landed homes do not need planning approval, but structural changes, certain roof and extension works, and some outdoor structures can. We check the works against the current requirements and advise what needs to be approved before we start.
Yes. We fabricate and install custom gates, fencing, railings, and awnings to match the house, including motorised gate systems where required. We can work to your design or propose options that suit the property and compound.
Yes. Roof, terrace, bathroom, and wet-area waterproofing is part of our landed scope. We apply the correct membrane system for each area and test wet areas before finishes go down, so leaks do not appear after handover.
