How often should I service my aircon in Singapore?
For a home used daily, every three months is the usual interval. Heavier use, pets, or dusty environments may need it every two months. Offices and F&B outlets that run all day should be on a monthly or bi-monthly schedule.
Why is my aircon not cold even though it is running?
The common causes are a dirty filter or coil restricting airflow, low refrigerant from a leak, a faulty capacitor or compressor, or a condenser that cannot dissipate heat. We diagnose on site rather than defaulting to a gas top-up, because topping up a leaking system only buys a few weeks.
What is the difference between a general service and a chemical wash?
A general service cleans filters, the fan, and drainage to maintain a healthy unit. A chemical wash uses cleaning agents on the coil and fan barrel to remove built-up mould and grime — needed when airflow has dropped or there is a musty smell.
Do you install new aircon systems?
Yes. We handle new installations, replacements, piping and trunking, and relocation of fan coils or condensers. We can advise on system sizing so you do not overspend on capacity you will never use.
