Site measure & colour
We measure the area, check the existing surface condition, and advise on paint type and finish. Colour codes are confirmed in writing.

Protect & prepare
Furniture is moved and sheeted, floors and fittings masked, then surfaces are scraped, sanded, patched, and sealed.
- 03
Paint application
Minimum two coats with hand-cut edges at ceilings, skirtings, and frames. Additional coats where the colour change demands it.

Inspection & cleanup
We walk the space with you under daylight and lighting, touch up anything flagged, then remove all masking and debris.
How much does it cost to paint an HDB flat in Singapore?
Cost depends on the flat size, whether ceilings are included, the amount of surface repair needed, and the paint specified. We quote after seeing photos or measuring on site, and the quotation itemises preparation, paint, and coats so you can compare it fairly.
How long does painting take?
A single room is usually one day. A typical 4-room HDB flat takes about two to three days including preparation and drying between coats. Larger landed homes and commercial units are scheduled with a written programme.
Do I need to move out while you paint?
Usually not. We work room by room and use low-odour paints where possible so the unit stays liveable. For full-unit repainting, many customers prefer to be away during the main working days.
Do you fix cracks and peeling paint before painting?
Yes. Preparation is part of every quotation — scraping, sanding, filling hairline cracks, skim-coating uneven patches, and sealing. Painting over a failing surface only hides the problem for a few months.
